You know the old saying: "Life sucks and then you die." Anyone that believes that has and will continue to have a horrible life. I'm not one of those people. Life has so much to offer. Even in the worst of times, life is good. What sucks is DEATH.

You can't avoid DEATH. It the natural event of life. What you can avoid is worrying about DEATH and stop living life. After going to three doctors, they all say you only have 2 years to live, what do you do? I can't speak for everyone, but I know what I would do.

After a period of grieving, I'm going to look at what I can do with the remaining years of my life. I'm going to eat all the things I've been putting off - screw that KETO diet. I'm going to write letters to the people I know best and tell them what they have meant to my life. I going to write that novel I've been putting off. I'm going to appreciate everything more. I'm going to love my Ellen even more than I love her already. I'm going etc, etc, etc.

Some of you will say: "hay, talk is cheap. If you only had 2 years to live, you would be depressed. angry and living a life of "woe is me." I say: what the hell is that going to do for me? Why let that death sentence stop me from getting all the life I have left?

Sooo, if you really love life or want to love life, the first thing you have to accomplish is to become bulletproof. If you accomplish that then nothing in this world can take that bulletproof vest from you living the life you deserve.

While reading my sports on the internet, I came across this quote. When I look back at my career, I had worked with and worked for quite a few people who used being boisterous and loud to try to convince me and others to get his or her way.

It didn't change my position on the subject, but it did overwhelm some others. It did convince a few managers and a few senior executives that this person knows what he's talking about. Many times, I would say to this person: "I'm calling bullshit." "I have the facts and you don't.

Why would a person us this tactic - because they are insecure. Being boisterous and loud is a learned experience. These people are the way they are because they grew up in an environment with family that used screaming to get their way or putting someone else down.

Many think that a quiet person is not very bright. Many think that a quiet person doesn't have an opinion. Many think that a quiet person doesn't give a dam what is being said by others. There are some that fit that description, however, in my experience there are more smart quiet people with an opinion than ones that are not.

The smartest people I know, don't yell. The smartest people I know, are not boisterous. The smartest people I know, listen. The smartest people I know, have the facts. One of the things I've learned is that these smart people get everyone's attention when they do speak. People seem to listen better when the quietest ones speak. 

I'm smart and I usually have my facts right, but I have to work hard to listen. I have to work hard to shut my mouth and wait for my time to speak. I have so much energy and so many opinions that I sometimes have trouble letting others say their peace before I chime in. I'm better than I was many years ago, but I'm still a work in progress.

Sooo, for you loud talkers,

learn from the quiet ones not from the boisterous and loud ones.

Covid - Covid - Covid

It is so frustrating, confusing and depressing what the so-called experts say about Covid. One says you don't need a mask. One says even if your vaccinated, were a mask. One says the latest variant is going start the Pandemic all over again. One says open everything because everything will be OK. Is this not confusing and stressful - you bet it is. 

The people with a functioning brain know if you get your shots you'll be protected. You could still get Covid, but, at worse you might get Flu like symptoms and most importunely, you won't DIE.

There are three reasons people don't get their shots;

* They have medical problems that restricts them from getting the shot. These people are smart to not get the shot.

** The shot is not proven and the ones who get the shot will DIE in six months. It's been six months since I got my shots and trust me, I'm not dead. It's been well over a year since the shots have been tested and nobody has died from the shots. 

150 million Americans and many, many millions more people around the world have gotten their shots and are not dead. The people who believe they will die if they get the shot, are Stupid and as my Father always said:

*** Microsoft put a chip into the shot so they and the Government can track you. Do I really have to say anything about these people???

Sooo, here are two ways the Pandemic can be over.

* Everyone gets vaccinated

** Heard Immunity takes effect. For those of you who don't really know what that is, Heard Immunity is when the non-vaccinated either get Covid and their immune system hold off the virus or they get Covid and DIE.
