Is what's going on in the United States getting you down? Is what's going on in England getting you down? Is what's going on in Venezuela getting you down? Is hatred, bigotry, anti-sexism and corruption getting you down? Is the negativism in your own life getting you down?

I could go on and on, but I'm getting depressed just writing this down. Bid Pharm is just loving it. Half a trillion dollars is spent on depression and it's a growing industry. That's not counting the United States only cost of Schizophrenia of 210.5 billion (2015 survey). It's also not counting the cost of all other mental health deceases.

Never Give Up!

We live in a world of negativism. Even the freest country in the world - the United States, Capitalism has not solved this problem. Socialism has not solved this problem. Communism has not solved this problem and for sure Dictatorship has not solved this problem. Sooo, what the hell do we do?

Too many people either just don't understand or don't believe they can make a difference or don't have the will or just Give Up.

Why can't we see that the answer is so simple? Unless you are Clinically Depressed or have an extreme mental illness, each person can decide to find some form of happiness. It doesn't have to be every day, but it should be more than fifty percent of your life. It should be your goal.

Sooo, stop focusing on the negative crap that's going on all around you and make a stand for the good of not only your life, but the life of the people around you. You can do it if you:
