When Things Come To An End - It's Just The Beginning

When Things Come To An End - It's Just The Beginning

Looking at my life, I realized When Things Come To An End - It's Just The Beginning. The end of school was the beginning of my career. The end of one job was the beginning of a new and more exciting job. The end of my marriage was the beginning of my experience of being alone. The end of my second marriage was the beginning of My Ellen. The end of My Ellen (through death) was the beginning of my wonderful wife Joyce.

Too many people stop loving life when something comes to an end. The loss of a job is horrible, but if you still love life and focus on the kind of job you want, you will find another job that makes you happier.

Most of us know someone that has lost a loved one. The death of a spouse or a child is devastating. Did you ever hear someone say: "after his wife died, he never got over it and died soon thereafter." How sad is that! I know of two people that were never the same after losing a loved one. Not going after a new beginning when you've lost a love, is giving up the wonderful life you still can have.

Many events in your life will end. Usually, when they do, it's time to change your attitude. Spend more time going after the new beginning rather than focusing on the end of an old one. Here is a verse in the John Fogerty song: "I saw it on TV"

It's Time To Laugh, Time To Sing, And Time To Join The Band
