Another Dimension
Just for the purpose of this blog, let's assume there is no supreme being (God) who watches over us. If you are a spiritual person, you believe your essence goes somewhere after you're dead. What if that essence goes to Another Dimension?
If so, that would explain a lot. That Dimension would reject the evil ones and embrace the good ones. That Dimension would explain why some people see their loved ones when they have a near death experience. That Dimension could be responsible for some people who believe they have been reincarnated from another life. That Dimension would be all about love and happiness.
Religious people would say that Another Dimension is bullshit. There has to be a God who reigns over heaven for the good ones and the bad ones go to hell. There has to be a God because the Bible says so. There has to be a God because my house of worship says so.
When asked, have you or anyone else has seen God, your answer is that you just have to have faith. When asked why there is so much death and pain in this world, your answer is that it's God's will. When something really fabulous happens, you say it's God's miracle. When asked what happens when you die, you say I will go with God. Religious people agree that God works in mysterious ways.
Sooo, is it so hard to believe that someone you can't see, touch or taste might not exist? Even if you are religious, is it so hard to believe there might be an alternative like:
