How many times a day do you say to someone (including the dog), I love you? How many times a week, month, year or never? Let me be clear, I'm not counting "love ya - mean it." I'm talking about a true emotional feeling of love when you say "I love you."
If your answer is never, contact me immediately so I can change your life. If your answer is more than five times a day, you are an emotional wreck and should be contacting a professional who can prescribe a few happy pills.
Feeling love for anyone or anything is very important toward your happiness. Having people, animals or even a car, in your life, that you feel true love for is very important for your happiness. Having true love for yourself is critical to your happiness. Without that, trying to find happiness will never happen.
How many times a day, week, month, year or never does someone (including the dog) say to you "I love you?" If it happens sometimes it really makes you feel good inside. If it happens often you'll have a smile on your face most of the time. If it never happens, but you truly love yourself, you'll still be a very happy person.
People have a hard time saying "I love you." This is especially true of men. I really don't understand why. It must be a macho thing. Woman on the other hand find it easier to say "I love you" to men than women. I really don't understand why. It must be a XXXXX (you fill in the blanks) thing.
If you know how good it feels to have someone say to you "I love you" than why don't you say it more often to the ones you love in your life? Saying it will enhance your happiness.
I have a few dear man friends. I never said "I love you" until I was sixty because it wasn't the macho thing to do. After saying it a few times to them, they started saying it to me. I meant it when I said it to them and I believe they meant it when they said it to me. It really feels good to end a conversation with saying "I love you" and have the other person come back with "I love you too."
My dog Zita always says "I love you" when I walk in the door. It's easy for her and it's easy for me to say it back to her. Sooo, why is it so difficult to tell the people you truly love, "I love you?"
Now that you have read this blog, there are no more excuses for not telling the people (including the dog), your car, etc. whom you truly love "I love you." Start today. You'll be surprised how good it will make you feel and how often "they" will say it back to you.
I love you! I love you too!
Big hug goodbye!
